How can I place an order?

For orders within the UK, first select the occasion from the home page, then select the desired product by clicking on the product image or send a work of art link which will take you to the Delivery details screen.
Select the price category, if appropriate, and complete the delivery information, including date, recipient's name and address, contact details and add your personal message.
Click "Purchase" to move to the Your details screen where you'll need to enter your name and address and contact details.
Click "Continue" to see a summary of your order and make any changes.
Click "Continue" from this screen and you'll be taken to the payment screens where you'll need to choose your card type, then click "Continue" to the final screen where you'll need to enter your credit card information.
Once this is complete, click "Payment" to process the order.
You'll then receive an order confirmation on the screen and by email.
For international orders, select International delivery from the top of the home page, then select your country from the list and follow the same process as above.

How do I know if the website received my order?

Once you have received an order confirmation email with your order reference number you can be sure that FlowersByFlorists have received your order. Make sure to keep your order number handy in case you have any queries regarding your order.

How can I track an order?

Sorry but we are not able to offer an automated order tracking service to our customers at the moment.

How do I know if my order was delivered?
|
|
FlowersByFlorists guarantees each order to be delivered on the requested delivery date during the regular local opening hours of the florists. We will contact you if there are any problems regarding your order. Therefore, if you do not hear from us you may rest assured your order was delivered.

What happens if the recipient is not at home/the delivery address?
|
|
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, a card will be left and we will try to reach the recipient by telephone. If we are unable to deliver the flowers and unable to reach the recipient within 24 hours after the first attempt of delivery, we will inform you by email that no delivery could be made.

How can I change an order?

If you need to change the delivery details of your order, please email us at customer.service@flowersbyflorists.co.uk. All orders for perishable goods may be amended upto midnight on the date prior to delivery.

How can I cancel an order?
|
|
If you need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances you should send an email to customer.service@flowersbyflorists.co.uk, remembering to quote your order reference number. All UK orders for perishable goods may be cancelled up to midnight on the date prior to delivery. International orders may be cancelled at least 24 hours prior the delivery date. If you cancel an order we will return your money within 30 days of your cancellation to the account you have used to pay for the order.

What is a delivery charge?

The delivery charge covers the costs of sending, processing and delivering your order.

What do I do if I forget my password?
|

From the home page click on "My Account" and enter your email address. Click on the "Mail me my password" link and we'll email your password to you.

What can I do if I have payment problems?
|
|
FlowersByFlorists is reliant on the transaction being authorised by the bank issuing your credit card. Please check that you have entered all your card details correctly and that your card has not expired. If you experience further problems with your card please contact your card issuer.
