Prices
The prices shown in the flowersbyflorists.co.uk website include the florist’s local delivery charge and local VAT or sales tax. Additional to the product charge, Flowers by Florists apply a worldwide service charge which is for UK deliveries £ 5.00 and international deliveries £ 7.50.
Terms of delivery
Thanks to our worldwide and highly professional partner network we can deliver your order within hours anywhere in the world! Due to the various time zones & public business hours in individual countries, same day delivery on the date of your order can only be guaranteed under the following conditions:
- For whole UK the order must be placed before 1.00pm UK time in order to guarantee same day delivery. Orders being placed after 1.00pm will be delivered on the next working day.
- For deliveries in the rest of the world the order must be placed before noon (local time to delivery address). Orders being placed after noon will be delivered on the next working day.
However, deliveries on Saturday afternoons or on Sundays and public holidays. Campgrounds, military bases, boats, sea ports or airports are not in any case possible for same day delivery guaranteed.
As a general rule, delivery takes place on the requested date. However, for following reasons / periods their might be some exceptions:
By law, in certain countries delivery on Sundays or bank holidays is not permitted.
14 February - St. Valentine's Day: Due to the high order volume on the busiest flower day of the year, orders for St. Valentines Day, particularly to business addresses, may exceptionally be delivered on 12/13 February.
Orders for Mother's Day are generally delivered on the Saturday before. Orders placed at short notice may be delivered on the Monday after.
Christmas and New Year orders are generally delivered 2 - 3 days prior to the requested delivery date.

Delivery address
Please check carefully that the delivery address, including local telephone number, is complete and correct. We cannot accept any liability for late or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address. To ensure that the florist is able to deliver on time, the following additional information, if available, is very helpful:
For hospital deliveries, the ward, room number or maiden name if recipient gave birth to a baby. The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hospital.
For hotel deliveries, the room number and the name under which the addressee is registered (e.g. group, Mr. and Mrs., etc.). The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hotel.
Recipient not available
As our client, you are responsible for supplying us with a valid delivery address and date at which you are confident delivery can be made. If known you should provide a postcode (zipcode) and a contact phone number. If an order cannot be delivered because of an address error or because there is no-one is at the address who will accept the order; a calling card will be left and it will be returned to the shop where it was created. In these circumstances, we shall take immediate action to contact you by email in order to arrange redelivery or collection. It is your responsibility to contact us to make such arrangements, which must be completed within 3 days. If not, the product will be disposed of and the order will not be subject to refund.
Delivery times
Deliveries guaranteed for a fixed time can only be executed with the prior agreement of our customer service department.
We require desired delivery time details (morning / afternoon / evening) at least 48 hours before the delivery date.
Only delivery times for funerals can be guaranteed. The sender is therefore requested to give the time of delivery, as accurately as possible, in the “Delivery details” field of the order form.
Order Confirmation
Within minutes of order placement; we will send to the email address provided, an order confirmation message receipt containing your order number and detailed information of the purchase.
Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service if you do not receive an order confirmation.
Cancellation
Flower orders can be cancelled up to two working days before the delivery date by giving details of the order number. Cancellation after this time can only be accepted in exceptional circumstances, and repayment cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations should be sent by email or by phone to +44 (0)871 231 6512 (customer service department) during normal working hours.
The Flower products
Flowers are seasonal products, and some varieties will therefore not always be available at florists. We are unable to guarantee permanent availability of specific flowers at every florist shop worldwide.
A flowersbyflorists.co.uk bouquet may thus look slightly different to that shown in the online shop. However, every flowersbyflorists.co.uk bouquet is a work of art, freshly made up especially for you in one of our premium florists shops, and you may rest assured that every effort will be made to match the colour and shape of the bouquet shown in the online picture.
Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is for our affiliated Florist is very important. The guarantee assures you that all orders are handled by highly qualified florists and are of first-rate quality. All flower arrangements will be fresh and delivered personally.
Nevertheless, should there be any complaint, the addressee can of course contact the delivering Flowers By Florists Florist. The latter guarantees the delivered product for at least three days - 72 hours after delivery - with respect to quality, and will replace the product with another one if the flowers or plants that are the subject of any claim are returned to the shop within this period.
This guarantee is your assurance that your order will be executed with care, and that only the highest quality products will be used. However, should you not be satisfied with the delivery or quality, please let us know within 5 days latest from the date of delivery by contacting the our customer service.
